Your New Role

The Creative Localization Designer will be a key member of the Photo Operations team within Global Content Operations, working closely with the Photo Operations Manager to fulfil image requirements for direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms across Japan and APAC. This role ensures that all visual assets meet the highest standards while being regionally and locally appropriate.

Your Role Accountabilities
Work closely with the Photo Operations Manager to provide all image deliverables for Japan and APAC.

Independently design, create, and localize Key Arts based on available assets for Japan and APAC markets.

Maintain quality and consistency across a high volume of image execution for multiple brands while adhering to brand guidelines and product specifications.

Collaborate with the global Photo Operations team to receive, localize, and distribute artwork across Japan and APAC.

Serve as the subject matter expert on visual asset localization and adaptation for cross-functional teams.

Liaise with internal and external cross-functional teams as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within creative agencies or creative departments.

Experience in entertainment, DTC, or B2C creative development for Japan and multiple APAC markets.

Strong understanding of creative development best practices across multiple channels and platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom.

Excellent English communication skills and native-level Japanese reading and writing ability.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality image assets at scale while managing multiple constraints.

Strong visual storytelling judgment, attention to detail, ability to provide creative feedback, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
