How you will make an impact:

Promote best practices in publishing ethics, research integrity, peer review, open research and author service.
Represent the journal, and adjacent Chemistry journals at conferences, workshops, institute visits and virtual outreach activities.
Collaborate with Wiley colleagues across editorial, marketing, publishing, production, society publishing, communications and analytics teams to support journal development and performance.
Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, inclusion and high performance across the journal team and editorial community.

What we are looking for:
A PhD or equivalent research experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., chemical engineering, environmental science, energy technology, or carbon capture and storage), with a strong international research profile in renewable energy.

A broad, interdisciplinary outlook with strong understanding of scientific publishing, peer review and research integrity, and the ability to engage researchers across academia, industry, government and policy communities.
Excellent communication, networking and strategic thinking skills, with a collaborative, diplomatic leadership style to represent the journal externally and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Outstanding organizational skills and sound judgment, with a strong commitment to advancing high-quality science and open research, and willingness to travel to represent the journal as needed.
