Must-have Skills:
Production Design: Designs and produces visual content — including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral — using pre-defined templates, ensuring production-ready deliverables.
Brand & Design Systems: Applies brand guidelines and structured design systems to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and compliance across all digital and print formats.
Data Visualization: Strong ability to translate data into clear, compelling visual narratives. Experience creating charts, dashboards, and presentation visuals that effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders.
Presentation & Storytelling: Ability to build cohesive, structured stories in presentations, especially when communicating financial or business results to corporate audiences.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with strong skills in PowerPoint at a corporate level and/or tools like Datawrapper for data visualization.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to follow templates, style guides, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Volume Management: Works closely with creative leads and cross-functional or offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Organized, reliable, and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and processes; comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes.
AEM or Figma: Familiarity with content management or collaborative design platforms.
Regulated Industry Experience: Background in financial, pharma, or legal environments with an understanding of compliance-driven workflows.
Marketing Workflow Knowledge: Familiarity with collaborative review cycles and brand governance practices.
