The opportunity:
A Graphic Designer is required to join our Luxembourg Content Team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and highly organized designer who can translate brand and content strategies into engaging, high-quality visual assets for digital and e-commerce environments.
You will work closely with content writers, strategists and project managers to develop visual content that is aligned with brand guidelines, consumer needs and platform requirements, while ensuring a high level of creative quality and consistency across markets and channels.
What you’ll be doing:
Create and adapt high-quality visual assets for e-commerce and digital platforms, including product pages, enhanced content, banners and other digital touchpoints
Translate creative briefs and content strategies into compelling visual concepts and designs
Develop, resize and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, markets and platforms while maintaining visual consistency
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual identity and platform specifications
Collaborate closely with content writers, strategists and project managers to develop integrated content solutions
Collaborate with the Creative Lead and other designers to ensure alignment with visual standards, best practices and established design approaches
Work with existing brand assets and product imagery, while identifying opportunities to improve the overall visual presentation
Review designs and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients and iterate designs accordingly
Stay up to date with design trends, digital best practices and emerging tools and technologies
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, templates and ways of working
Support the creation, adaptation and optimisation of video and multimedia assets, while exploring opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and emerging technologies.
What we want from you:
University degree/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within digital, e-commerce or agency environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and digital design
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Proven experience with Figma
Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, layout and brand identity
Ability to translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into effective visual assets
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
English proficiency; other EU languages are an asset
EU work permit
If you know some of this, even better:
Experience designing for e-commerce, particularly Amazon
Knowledge of A+ / Enhanced Brand Content
Experience with motion design, animation or video
Knowledge of UX/UI and digital design principles
Experience working with PIM, DAM or other content management systems
