This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how and when we share or sell information. Please read Section 5 (“Sharing & Selling Information”) carefully. By using Creative Tech Gigs, you consent to the practices described here.
Nightlife Gigs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Creative Tech Gigs and the website creativetechgigs.com, including the job board, the talent marketplace, and the AI résumé/CV builder (together, the “Platform”). This Policy describes how we handle personal information.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including candidates/talent (people who create profiles or use the résumé/CV builder) and employers/recruiters (people or companies who purchase access to search and contact talent). The Platform is intended for users 18 years or older located in the United States.
When you purchase employer access, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Plain-English summary: We share your profile with employers who pay for access — that’s the core service. We may sell or license anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you. And only if you opt in, we may share or sell your identifiable profile information (including your contact details) to partner recruiters and companies. You control that opt-in, and you can turn it off at any time.
If you make your profile discoverable, we share your profile — which may include your name, headline, bio, disciplines, location, links, résumé, CV, and contact information — with employers and recruiters who have purchased access to the talent marketplace, so they can consider you for roles. This is the primary purpose of the marketplace.
We may sell, license, or share anonymized and aggregated data — such as skills and discipline trends, compensation and rate benchmarks, hiring demand, and usage patterns — with third parties for research, analytics, industry intelligence, brand partnerships, and other commercial purposes. This data is de-identified and does not identify you personally.
With your opt-in consent, we may share, disclose, or sell your identifiable profile information (which may include your name, email, links, résumé, and CV) to partner companies, recruiters, staffing firms, and other third parties for recruiting and related commercial purposes. You provide this consent through the data-sharing setting shown when you create your profile and available anytime in your profile settings. If you do not opt in, we will not sell your identifiable personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, which stops future sharing (it cannot recall data already shared).
We may also share information with service providers (hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payments), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and otherwise with your consent.
When you use the builder, the text you provide is sent to an AI model hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate your tailored résumé, CV, or bio. We use your input to produce your documents and to operate and improve the feature. The AI-generated output is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before you use or send it.
The Platform relies on third-party providers, each governed by its own privacy policy, including: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Google (sign-in / OAuth), Cloudflare (website hosting and Workers AI model processing), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional and job-alert email).
If you mark your profile discoverable, it can be viewed by employers and recruiters with marketplace access. Do not include information in your profile, résumé, or CV that you would not want shared with potential employers. You can make your profile non-discoverable at any time in settings.
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings or by emailing [email protected]. We delete your profile and generated documents, though some data may be retained where required by law, and messages already sent may persist in other users’ accounts.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of data breaches as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may request to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Contact [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
California residents may request to know, access, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As described in Section 5, we sell or share anonymized aggregated data, and — only with your opt-in consent — may sell or share your identifiable personal data. You can opt out at any time by turning off the data-sharing setting in your profile or by emailing [email protected]. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; you may appeal a denial by replying to our response.
The Platform is intended for and operated from the United States and is not directed to users in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other regions. If you access it from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local-law compliance.
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
